impractical bathroom layout bad water pressure
the location was decent, a short walk to the tram STOPS. that was completely acceptable.
honestly, the room was VERY small. i could barely move around the bed and the bathroom layout was completely impractical. also, the water pressure in the shower was REALLY bad making it hard to ACTUALLY wash my hair.

fantastic stay!
early check-in free coffee large window
I was so impressed with the staff. They were cute! checking in early was a huge plus, and i really appreciated the 24-hour free coffee and tea. the large, light-filled windows in my room were great. Everything felt so airy and bright.
It would have been better to know about the scaffolding in advance though the stay was still great!

The location is residential and peaceful. I could easily walk to the museums in about fifteen minutes. The bed was fantastic I slept soundly. The staff were helpful . They provided directions.
The room was small for the price. I felt cramped. Cleaning wasn't great I noticed some hairs on the floor. The towel hangers kept falling off. It was inconvenient.

Breakfast includes many choices. The lounge area had refreshments. Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the elevator.
The room felt small. The price and quality ratio was off. I had to pay for the full parking costs in addition to the room price.

helpful staff convenient location free treats
The staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was really convenient, near the tram. i also appreciated the free coffee and treats in the lobby. It was a nice touch.
the bathroom was a bit small, it felt a little cramped.

the staff was always available and helpful, especially with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. they assisted me with luggage storage, and also provided prompt responses to any inquiries i had. i appreciated the personalized attention.

the lobby offered complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit throughout the day, a very welcome amenity. there was also a lift available, a definite plus with luggage. the hotel provided free wifi access, that allowed easy communication and planning.

the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruit. the coffee machine provided cappuccinos and other specialty drinks. i enjoyed the convenience of the dining area, and the selection of items available.
